Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide patient care including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring
Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary
Support clients with household chores like cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a secure living environment
Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when required, ensuring safety at all times




Document care activities accurately and communicate any changes in health or behavior to supervisors or healthcare professionals

Experience
Previous assisted living or home care experience is highly desirable
Familiarity with patient care techniques, nursing procedures, and medication management
Experience working with individuals with disabilities, dementia, or in hospice care settings is advantageous
Knowledge of senior care practices and caregiving responsibilities in diverse environments
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining client dignity and comfort
Solid communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Certification or training in caregiving, nursing assistance, or related fields is a plus
