Avery HR is seeking a friendly and skilled Cashier/Customer Service Clerk to join our team located in Innisfil, Ontario.

Working in an outlet store, the successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, help customers choose products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate is organized, a good communicator, and enjoys helping customers find the right solutions. Experience in contractor, building materials or hardware sales is a definite asset.

Hours of operation are 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday and 7:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays. Flexibility to work within these hours is a must.

Duties
Greet customers and help with product questions and selections
Process POS transactions, handle cash, and take payments accurately
Keep products organized and attractively displayed on the sales floor
Explain store promotions, policies, and loyalty programs
Handle customer questions and complaints professionally
Keep the checkout area clean, organized,



and stocked
Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
Work with the team to help meet sales targets

Requirements
Previous retail sales experience is required
Excellent English communication skills
Familiarity with POS systems, cashier procedures, and basic math
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
Robust organizational and multitasking skills

This position is not suitable for students.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
