Duties
Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
Load, unload, and organize materials and tools needed for daily tasks
Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to support various construction activities
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople in their specific duties
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal functionality
Help with site cleanup and waste disposal to keep the work area organized and safe
Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
Basic understanding of construction safety practices and protocols
Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions accurately
Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills
Prior experience in construction or related manual labor fields is a plus but not mandatory
Valid driver’s license preferred for transporting materials or equipment as needed
