Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial and Residential Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing in office operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure productive workflow and project completion.
Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
Utilize construction management software for project tracking and documentation.
Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Assist in budgeting processes by providing accurate construction estimates and monitoring expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers,



and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, safety reports, and material usage.

Skills
Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics with a robust understanding of construction processes.
Experience with construction management software for effective project management.
Strong budgeting skills with the ability to create accurate construction estimates.
Excellent quality control skills to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project.
