Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a smooth operation during the shift. The ideal candidate will possess robust customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage various front desk responsibilities efficiently.

Duties
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage check-in and check-out processes, including verifying guest information and processing payments.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations using hotel management software.
Operate phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while assisting callers.
Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics for management review.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications




Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is preferred.
Robust customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software is an advantage.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently during shifts while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and robust organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the hotel's operational needs

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
