We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Home Renovations Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various renovation tasks, demonstrating expertise in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a hands-on approach to home improvement, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform Flooring installation with precision and attention to detail.
Execute construction painting tasks, ensuring a clean and professional finish.
Carry out concrete finishing and forming for various renovation projects.
-Build Fences and Decks
Restore and renovate existing structures, enhancing their functionality and aesthetics.
Apply caulking effectively to seal gaps and improve insulation.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for all renovation tasks.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Experience
Proven experience in home renovations or related construction fields is essential.
Familiarity with cabinet installation techniques, construction painting methods, concrete finishing, and forming is highly desirable.
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools required for renovation tasks.
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
