Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of a Safety and Compliance Coordinator out of our terminal in Brampton!

This opportunity would be an exceptional entry level position for a person interested in becoming involved in the supply chain, logistical and transportation fields. The main purpose of this position would be to take a lead role in coordinating maintenance on multiple pieces of equipment.

Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shift 8:30am to 5:00pm

Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring compliance with Hours of Service, ELD's.
Responsible for the administration/investigation of all accidents;
Responsible for driver data management and data entry into our Driver Database - CollectiveData;
Responsible for licensing of equipment (tractors & trailers);
Monitor and maintain CVOR/NIR;




Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of all driver files;
Maintain monthly and weekly reports surrounding compliance and data management;
Assist in driver recruitment and orientation process for owner-operators
Assist in current driver orientation for all new hires;
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
Previous safety and compliance experience within the Trucking industry is an asset.
GeoTab System experience considered an asset.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
Must maintain high levels of organization and communication.
Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
