We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance with daily activities. Duties
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications accurately following prescribed instructions and safety protocols
Support clients with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met while respecting dietary restrictions
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a protected setting
Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques to prevent injury
Monitor clients’ health status,



report changes promptly, and document care provided in detail

Requirements
Prior experience in retirement
Demonstrated experience caring for seniors
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety standards
Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
Ability to perform light cleaning
Valid certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; relevant caregiving experience can be considered
Ability to work independently while following care plans and protocols

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
