Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly with a positive attitude.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.
Requirements
Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not required.
Robust knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
A positive attitude and willingness to help team members when necessary.
