Responsibilities
Operate skid steers, mini excavators, excavators, and other landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform rough and final grading with precision.
Assist with sod preparation and installation.
Complete excavation, drainage, and site preparation work.
Load and unload equipment when required.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
Read site plans and understand grading elevations (preferred).
Work alongside crew members to complete projects on schedule.
Maintain clean and organized job sites.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years operating heavy equipment (landscaping or construction preferred).
Experience with grading and drainage is a robust asset.
Ability to operate equipment accurately around existing structures and utilities.
Valid G Driver's Licence .
Reliable transportation to our meeting location or job sites.
Physically capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to help the team when not operating equipment.
