Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant setting. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.

Duties
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS for processing orders and payments
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns
Handle cash transactions accurately while following cash handling procedures
Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety throughout the restaurant
Assist with serving food and beverages to customers as needed
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours





Skills
Experience in food preparation and handling within a restaurant or food service environment
Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS
Robust time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is preferred
