Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining the highest service standards.
Recommend menu items, daily features, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service stations and dining areas.
Manage multiple tables efficiently in a high-volume setting.
Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Follow all company policies and health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant is required.
Valid Smart Serve certification is required.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using a POS system.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional, reliable, and guest-focused.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
