Job Description & Responsibilities
Budtenders are responsible for welcoming and greeting customers as they arrive in the store
Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
Knowledgeable about of recent products and strains of cannabis, changes in laws and industry trends in order to provide the best service to customers
Ability to process sales transaction accurately and efficiently via cash, debit, and credit card
Ensure accurate product scanning
Process online orders
Maintain hygienic conditions at the front of the house
Provide recommendations on cannabis products based on customer requests

Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members
Qualifications
Criminal Background Check
Must be 19 years of age or older
Adaptable availability
Knowledgeable about cannabis
Passionate about cannabis and normalizing its use
Strong Attention to detail
Pass provincial training course
High School Diploma
