Shift: Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Almita Piling Inc. is looking for a Welder to join our Manufacturing team. This role is responsible for fitting, welding, and finishing steel components used in helical pile manufacturing while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do
Fit, tack, and weld steel components to specifications
Read and interpret drawings and work orders
Perform FCAW and MCAW welding
Use shop tools and equipment including grinders, saws, cranes, and fixtures
Complete basic inspections and maintain weld quality standards
Work closely with Operators, Labourers, Supervisors, and Weld Inspectors
Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work setting

What We’re Looking For
Registered Journeyman Welder
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or shop experience
Experience with FCAW and MCAW welding processes
Ability to read drawings and understand weld symbols
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Work Workplace
Manufacturing/shop environment
Overtime may be required based on operational needs
PPE required at all times




Physically demanding role including lifting, standing, bending, and working in varying temperatures
