Job Overview At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. The prospect is for a SAP FICO Manager to serve as the functional architect and strategic advisor for clients undergoing finance transformation, leading end‑to‑end SAP implementations and managing delivery across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities Develop strategic client relationships while providing high quality work across multiple client projects as a functional finance solution architect.
Lead and facilitate design sessions with the client and manage delivery across multiple workstreams.
Lead and provide advice to clients on leading practices to manage finance related processes, and oversee functional teams to drive solution design and implementation of SAP FICO.
Work with the project management team to manage and report status, risks, and issues.
Align with multiple teams (functional, technical, reporting, training) on scope, solution design, development, and deliverables.
Identify and address client needs, develop and sustain deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills, and define resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
Build solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive team environment, and contribute to teams to generate a vision, establish direction,



and motivate members.
Qualifications Strong prior experience in managing client relationships while providing high quality work.
Previous experience in leading a functional team of consultants through all phases of an implementation project.
Strong prior experience in leading implementation of SAP FICO in the following functional areas: Financial Accounting: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Fund and Grant Management.
Controlling: Overhead Management, Project Accounting, Product Costing, Margin Analysis.

Integration with other SAP modules: Procurement, Sales, Production, Human Capital Management.
Familiarity with Group Reporting and Financial Planning & Analysis (preferred).
Proven experience to integrate complex and divergent requirements into a simple, intuitive, and successful SAP solution design.
Proven experience in developing solution architecture leveraging SAP technologies to enable clients’ business processes.
Deep understanding of financial management and reporting functions across industries (e.g. CPG, Manufacturing, Public Services, Retail).
Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP application solutions with at least two end‑to‑end SAP FICO implementation projects on premise and Cloud edition.
Interest in deepening cross‑functional business acumen and technical knowledge, particularly with SAP’s newer cloud technologies.
Salary and Benefits Salary range: $112,400 - $162,400.
Eligible employees may participate in variable incentive pay programs designed to reward individual and firm‑wide achievements.
