This part-time position involves working within a vibrant community of healthcare professionals committed to addressing the needs of those facing mental health and addiction challenges. Your role will involve patient education, crisis intervention, and collaboration with various service programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care in the Managed Opioid and TED Programs
• Supervise and ensure client safety during services
• Collect evaluation data to improve service delivery




• Facilitate communication between community partners and clinical teams
• Participate in cross-training across multiple locations

Requirements:
• Current RPN license in Ontario
• Must be available for all shifts, including weekends
• Experience with marginalized groups is a plus
• Knowledge of harm-reduction strategies
• Robust oral and organizational skills
