Overview

Job Summary
The HR team is looking for a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist to develop and grow GDI’s corporate brand, both internally with employees and externally with the industry and potential candidates. The role involves supporting GDI’s transformation into an omni‑channel leader and tech‑first fashion disruptor.
Main Responsibilities
Create content that engages employees through e‑newsletter, intranet, and Slack.
Produce external content showcasing the company, brand news, and employees on the corporate website and social media, and in award applications.
Build relationships with stakeholders across the company and identify opportunities to broadcast their messages internally and externally.
Help develop a content strategy and calendar for Corporate Communications and Events.
Analyze metrics and produce reports to evaluate and adapt the content strategy.
Play a key role in evolving the company’s tone of voice across internal and external channels.
Assist in other team responsibilities, including organizing and executing social and corporate events and company‑wide meetings.
Qualifications
5+ years of related work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing in French or English.
Excellent graphic design, page layout, and visual content skills.
Strong research, organizational, and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of deliverables simultaneously.
Strong understanding of digital analytics (asset).
