About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and platform enhancement projects. You’ll combine project management with business analysis, translating complex requirements into actionable deliverables, and ensuring timely, high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

What You’ll Do

Plan, coordinate, and manage onboarding and enhancement projects for the EviSmart platform

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely delivery

Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies

Conduct business process analysis and gap assessments to align solutions with client needs

Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams

Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather business needs

Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, product, and engineering teams

Recommend best practices for process optimization and system adoption

Support evaluation and prioritization of custom platform enhancements

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,



IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Implementation Manager in SaaS or enterprise software environments

Solid skills in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and gap analysis

Solid project management skills, including scheduling, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination

Experience creating clear documentation and technical specifications

Familiarity with process mapping and collaboration tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Jira, Confluence)

Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Willingness to travel occasionally for process discovery workshops
