Job Description In this role, you will:
Collect performance data from various sources and ensure its quality, consistency and accuracy.
Design, develop and maintain databases, dashboards and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress against company objectives.
Analyze performance using statistical tools (Skywise, PowerBI, Python) to identify trends, anomalies and root causes of performance issues.
Prepare and present clear reports and data visualizations to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
Collaborate with various departments (Operations, Quality, Finance, HR)
to optimize performance and contribute to strategic planning and improvement initiatives.
Participate in the development of forecasting models, conduct scenario analyses and document data processes.
Qualifications & Experience Relevant experience in data analysis, performance measurement or a similar role.
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Skywise, Python or R.
Knowledge of data warehouses, cloud analytics or performance management platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience conducting root‑cause analyses.
Ability to communicate complex results clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Experience defining KPIs and creating measurement frameworks.
