Product Manager II – Wholesale Network
We’re looking for a Product Manager II to own the insights and analytics features for our Wholesale Network and NuORDER platform, helping brands and retailers understand how their businesses are performing and where to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Define and prioritize product strategy for wholesale insights and analytics, driving measurable outcomes.
Conduct discovery with brands and retailers to understand performance metrics and identify gaps in current reporting.
Translate complex data models and reporting requirements into clear product direction for engineering and data teams.
Define success metrics, measure outcomes after launch, and use evidence to inform future iterations.
Collaborate with go‑to‑market, customer success, and strategic brand partners to ensure adoption and value.
Coordinate with adjacent product surfaces, platform data infrastructure, buyer experience, and AI‑powered wholesale capabilities.
Contribute to broader team and organizational objectives beyond immediate squad.
Success Indicators
Brands and retailers can answer meaningful questions using tools shipped.
Roadmap reflects a coherent point of view, not just a list of features.
Engineers and designers own solutions and are not waiting for direction.
Well‑reasoned tradeoffs between impact, data complexity, and timelines.
Stakeholders trust judgment and rely on synthesis of customer research, usage data, and context.
Shipped work leads to measurable improvements in engagement.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering data‑driven or analytics products in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong analytical thinking; comfort with KPIs,
data models, and metrics.
Experience conducting customer discovery (interviews, surveys, usability sessions) and translating feedback into product direction.
Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, design, data, and go‑to‑market teams in a cross‑functional environment.
Strong prioritization skills and ability to make tradeoffs with incomplete information.
Clear written and verbal communication tailored to technical teams, senior stakeholders, and customers.
Familiarity with Agile product development practices and up-to-date product tooling.
Preferred but Not Required
Experience building or owning reporting, BI, or dashboard products.
SQL proficiency or hands‑on experience with data teams.
Understanding of wholesale, retail, or merchandising workflows.
Familiarity with AI or recommendation‑system concepts applied to analytics.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 CAD.
Lightspeed equity scheme.
Flexible paid time off policy.
Extended healthcare benefits.
Health and wellness benefit of $500 per year.
