Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Leader to lead large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk I⁢ initiatives within an enterprise public sector environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and compliance with organizational project management methodologies and governance standards. This role requires strong expertise in Siebel CRM project delivery, stakeholder management, change management, and cross-functional coordination involving business teams, executive leadership, and technical resources.
Candidate Details
Role: Project Manager / Leader – Siebel CRM & I⁢ Projects
Client: Enterprise Financial Services Division
Location: Toronto, Ontario - 5 Days Onsite
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of concurrent enterprise I⁢ projects using multiple technologies and methodologies.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
Monitor project progress, risks, issues, budgets, forecasts, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives, technical standards, and organizational governance requirements.
Provide regular project status reporting to senior leadership, stakeholders, steering committees, and executive sponsors.
Promote project management best practices, standards, and methodologies across the project environment.
Siebel CRM Project Management
Manage projects involving Siebel CRM implementations, enhancements, integrations, and operational support.
Demonstrate strong understanding of Siebel functionalities, components, data structures, dependencies, workflows, and terminology.
Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, project leadership, and Siebel technical teams.
Assess project effort estimates, technical risks, dependencies, and implementation approaches related to Siebel solutions.
Track project decisions, action items, risk logs, issue logs,
and change management activities.
Resource & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate project teams consisting of internal staff, vendors, consultants, and technical specialists.
Define roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and performance expectations for project resources.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Resolve resource conflicts, project escalations, and inter-personal issues to maintain delivery momentum.
Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Financial & Risk Management
Develop and manage complex project budgets involving multiple funding channels and cross-ministry dependencies.
Monitor expenditures, forecasts, reconciliation activities, and fiscal controls.
Identify project risks and issues proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
Present project risks, impacts, and recommendations to executive leadership for decision-making.
Change Management
Lead change management activities related to I⁢ implementations.
Document change requests, evaluate impacts, prepare recommendations, and obtain approvals.
Support organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities throughout implementation.

Experience leading change management activities for enterprise I⁢ implementations.
Ability to document impacts, recommend solutions, and support executive decision-making.
Strong team leadership and collaboration skills to drive project success.
Communication & Leadership Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience preparing presentations, business cases, executive briefings, and project documentation.
Proven ability to build robust relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK methodologies and frameworks.
Knowledge of Information Management principles, policies, and practices.
Familiarity with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards and compliance requirements.
Experience with OPS I⁢ governance, methodologies, and project gating processes.
Public sector project delivery experience.
Experience with Transfer Payment (Grant) Models within government environments.
Experience supporting enterprise change management initiatives in public sector organizations.
Work Environment
Hybrid/Onsite requirement: 5 days onsite.
