Why join our team? As the role holder, you will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing end‑to‑end business processes to drive sustainable improvements in operational performance. The position is based at our Longueuil location, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on‑site.
What will your day‑to‑day look like? Process Analysis & Design Analyze, design and optimize end‑to‑end business processes.
Ensure standardization across Global Operations and performance consistency of processes.
Lead current‑state process analysis and documentation (BPM mapping, waste identification, bottlenecks, root cause analysis).
Facilitate work sessions to design the future‑state process.
Identify improvement opportunities and challenge the status quo to improve and innovate processes; ensure alignment with best practices and strategic objectives.
BPM Framework & Governance Lead and coach process teams in the proper use of CORE methodologies, standards and tools.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Standardize & Performance Management Track process performance over time.
Standardize practices across sites and functions.
Identify systemic issues and drive corrective actions.
What do you need to be successful? University degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.




Minimum of 7 years of experience in Lean / continuous improvement within a manufacturing and supply chain environment.
Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools (Black Belt certification).
Experience leading large‑scale Lean transformations (multi‑site, cross‑functional environments).
Experience improving quality systems (QMS, audits, standardization) is an asset.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and drive change management initiatives.
Influential leadership skills, with the ability to engage and mobilize stakeholders without direct authority.
This position is part of a French‑speaking work workplace; it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms originating from international organizations, and to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.
