About the project Would you like to play a key role in setting up a new logistics environment? This opportunity will allow you to actively participate in the launch and organization of a new warehouse in the naval sector. You will be the first person on site and will be responsible for structuring logistics operations, implementing warehouse processes and supervising a small operational team. This role requires autonomy, leadership and strong organizational skills to ensure productive handling of material flows and inventories.

Main responsibilities Set up the complete warehouse organization to ensure efficient receiving, storage and shipping operations.
Define logistics processes, including labeling, storage organization and material flow routing.
Supervise daily receiving,
inventory and order preparation operations.
Perform entries and follow-ups in the ERP or inventory management software.
Coordinate shipments, transport documentation and relationships with carriers.
Coach and support a small team of 2 to 3 employees in their operational activities.
Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain appropriate stock levels.
Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness and organizational standards in the warehouse.
Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes.
Qualifications Experience in warehouse management, logistics or inventory management.
Ability to work autonomously and to structure a new working environment.
Experience or interest in managing a small team.
Good knowledge of an ERP or inventory management system.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with forklift (asset).
Bilingual in French and English required.
