Responsibilities Work on the day shift from Monday to Friday.
Plan and supervise the activities and management of a team of approximately 25 unionized employees.
Be responsible for the operational processes of the sector by achieving and monitoring production objectives.
Plan the daily operations of the sector and follow up on them.
Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc.
Resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner.
Maintain communication with other departments for any issue related to the sector.
Ensure continuous improvement through the use of operational excellence concepts and the problem‑solving process.
Ensure the training of employees, evaluate their performance and their progress.
Promote a work environment based on teamwork and open communication.




Qualifications Civil or university degree in aeronautics, engineering, operations management or a related field.
At least five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role in a unionized manufacturing workplace.
Strong planning and organizational skills to ensure results are achieved.
Demonstrated managerial courage when managing personnel.
Available, flexible and motivated by a stimulating and changing environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Bilingual.
