As a Production Supervisor, you will be a key floor leader, responsible for mobilizing teams, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and performance.
This role is aimed at a hands‑on manager passionate about aerospace, recognized for leadership, rigor and the ability to operate in a dynamic and demanding context within strategic industrial programs.

Responsibilities Coach, mentor and motivate the team.
Supervise, organize and control the team's activities.
Plan daily labour needs and ensure compliance with health and safety rules and standards.
Act as a change leader and coach employees by promoting positive attitudes.
Work in collaboration with union representatives.
Ensure a participative work climate where training, communication and teamwork are paramount.
Define assignments and workload for the team and set priorities.
Manage your team in place: supervision, follow‑up, administration of disciplinary measures, motivation, recognition; be present on the production floor.
Monitor costs, progress and quality of work and determine appropriate solutions to problems encountered.
Set objectives and evaluate performance.
Allocate resources and costs necessary for tasks and proposed activities.
Understand production cell aspects, equipment operation and cycle time reduction to ensure effective management of work teams.
Skills and Qualifications University degree and 5 years' experience or DEC and 8–10 years' experience in a similar role.
Previous experience as an aircraft painter would be a significant asset, as this is the painting department.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate a group of employees.
Knowledge of machining (aerospace field).
Bilingual (French and English).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Able to communicate project progress internally or externally with our clients.

Ability to communicate with different levels of hierarchy within the business unit.

Experience Required Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
