Reporting to the Vice President, your role focuses on the lifecycle of proposals, from kick-off to submission, including engagement with stakeholders. Your efforts will not only support operational excellence but will lead to improved methodologies and continuous enhancement of proposal content. This position will greatly contribute to the growth initiatives of FRPD.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and submit high-quality proposals for bids
• Engage stakeholders to align on project timelines and responsibilities
• Strategize with subject matter experts on proposal content




• Maintain and update client relationships through CRM tools
• Collaborate on creating and revising project profiles and resumes

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or communication
• Experience in proposal creation and industrial maintenance fields
• Proficient in Adobe CC and Microsoft software
• Proven ability in project coordination and stakeholder relationships
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
