Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and effective Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences
Use POS systems such as Clover POS to process orders efficiently and accurately
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with attention to detail
Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for all patrons
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant setting preferred; hospitality background is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS or similar platforms
Solid time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing tabs accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following legal requirements and company policies
Experience in serving in a fast-paced environment is desirable
