Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and creativity
Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles and products
Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
Upsell retail products by educating clients on hair care solutions tailored to their needs, enhancing their overall experience
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently




Foster strong communication with clients to build lasting relationships and ensure satisfaction with every service
Support team collaboration by sharing expertise, mentoring junior stylists, and contributing to a positive salon atmosphere

Requirements
Proven experience as a professional hair stylist with a solid portfolio of diverse styling techniques
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon setting
Robust communication skills to effectively explain styling options and product benefits
Ability to upsell retail products confidently without being pushy
Experience managing front desk operations or retail sales is preferred
A valid cosmetology license or certification as required by local regulations
