Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shop Hand with basic experience using tools to join our small cabinetry manufacturing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in woodworking, cabinetry, and construction-related tasks within a shop and installation environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn current skills and open to direction, be detail-oriented, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks to support our skilled craftsmen and women in producing high-quality cabinetry and custom woodwork. We are a small team and require a shop hand willing and eager to assist in all aspects of our manufacturing process.

Duties
Assist with the fabrication and assembly of cabinets and related wood products using hand tools and power tools
Ability to measure, cut, and finish projects according to schematics and blueprints
Machine parts for assembly, including sanding, drilling, and fitting components
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Help with loading and unloading materials and finished products
Follow safety protocols at all times during shop operations
Assist with installation of cabinetry or fixtures on-site as needed





Qualifications
Basic knowledge of woodworking, carpentry, or construction is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and take direction is essential
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and following project plans is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks in a shop workplace
A positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
