Duties
Safely operate shuttle vehicles along specified routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies
Drive wedding guests to and from
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers warmly, assisting with boarding, and addressing inquiries professionally
Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure optimal safety and performance
Maintain accurate logs of trips, passenger counts, and vehicle condition reports
Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members using clear, professional language
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times
Skills
Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for riders
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent certification required; experience in commercial driving preferred
Class1 - 4 license required
"S" License an asset
Effective communication skills for coordinating with dispatchers and addressing passenger needs
Knowledge of maintenance procedures to identify potential vehicle issues early
Ability to follow detailed routes and schedules accurately while maintaining safety standards
