Position Overview

We are seeking three reliable and safety-focused Labor and Material Handlers to join our team in a quick-paced industrial coating facility.
2 positions on our Weekend Shift (Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

This is an entry-level contract opportunity with hands-on training provided. Ideal for individuals looking to gain experience, work with a strong team, and potentially grow into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities
Stage, handle, and move materials to support production flow.
Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation.
Support team leads, supervisors, and other departments as needed.
Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and updates.
Assist in maintaining a safe work environment alongside our Occupational Health Committee (OHC).

Tools & Equipment You’ll Use
Safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe work boots (PPE provided as required).
Knives, pliers, compressed air tools.
Grinders, sanders, pallet jacks (manual and powered).
Hanging systems, hooks, chains,



and hoists.
Burn-off oven and banding equipment.
