Job Summary
NewGen Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner/Driver to join our dynamic team. This position involves traveling to multiple job sites across Calgary to perform residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, punctual, and holds a valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license. Responsibilities
Drive to various job sites across Calgary, including residential homes, commercial offices, and industrial buildings.
Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and garbage removal.
Follow site-specific instructions and checklists to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met.
Safely transport cleaning equipment and supplies between job sites.
Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
Ensure timely arrival and completion of jobs as per assigned schedule.
Experience
Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
Minimum 1 year of qualified cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Must be comfortable driving throughout Calgary in various weather and traffic conditions.
Able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physically demanding cleaning tasks.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management and reliability.
Able to pass a background check.
