Domino's Pizza in Kanata is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pizza Maker! In this role, you will be expected to greet customers and provide exceptional service while taking orders both over the phone and in person. You will be on the makeline stretching and topping 5-star quality pizzas with an energetic team. You will also be responsible for ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and in a timely manner, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
LOCATION: 8221 CAMPEAU DRIVE, KANATA, ON
Key Responsibilities:
Take orders from customers over the phone and in person, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.
Process payments
Memorize and effectively communicate menu items and specials
Assist in stretching, saucing, and topping pizzas on the makeline
Adhere to food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work workplace.
Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure productive operations during peak hours.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience an asset, but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn and follow Domino's Pizza standards and procedures.
