Job Summary:
Provide basic construction skills for residential and commercial clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
Bid work and produce it with excellent satisfaction.
Effectively communicate with clients and suppliers.

Job Requirements:





The handyman we are looking for should have skill in at least three (3) of the following areas:
General Carpentry (rough and finish)
Drywall Repair (Patching/Caulking)
Painting (interior and exterior)
Fence repairs and installation
Deck repairs and installation
Door repairs and installation
Bathroom Upgrades / remodel
Kitchen refresh / remodel
Minor plumbing and electrical
Flooring Repair and Installation

Competencies:
Great customer service and client relations
Knowledge of building codes
Material management
Must have a current driver's license and insurance
Must have tools, work vehicle and positive references
Independent contractors must carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation
Must have a smartphone and access to the Internet
