Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/bartender to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages/alcohol, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling items to enhance guest experience.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure productive service and address any guest concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, service stations & washrooms.
Assist with food preparation as needed while adhering to food handling guidelines.
Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt service during busy periods.





Skills
Previous experience in the food & beverage/alcohol service or restaurant industry is MUST.
Solid customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. MUST
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with basic math skills for cash handling.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS is advantageous. MUST
Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
