Responsibilities
Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and interest.
Utilize strong communication skills to upsell additional products or services, maximizing sales opportunities.
Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately during customer purchases.
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and presentable at all times.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customer interactions smoothly throughout your shift.
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
Experience with product demos and technical sales enhances your ability to communicate complex features effectively.
Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling processes is beneficial.(heat press machine
Solid customer service skills combined with excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential for success heat press machine handling is plus)
Basic math skills are necessary for accurate transactions and inventory management.
Prior experience in upselling techniques and retail settings will support your growth in this role.
