Job Description

We’re hiring a detail-oriented OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to accurately pick, pack, and prepare online orders for pickup or delivery, while following strict safety and food hygiene standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare customer online orders with accuracy and timeliness
Maintain product quality, safety, and freshness standards
Interpret and complete documentation like pick slips and shipping labels correctly
Handle customer service issues professionally during fulfillment
Operate material handling equipment safely,



completing required checks
Keep work areas clean and hygienic, promptly addressing spills and debris
Suggest improvements to operations, safety, and customer satisfaction
Assist with restocking and general customer service as needed

Qualifications
Retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Commitment to excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting
Basic computer and handheld device skills (training provided)
Comfortable working in refrigerated/freezer areas
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.15. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
