This is a full time position:
Monday to Friday
Two Saturdays per month
Two evening shifts per week (until 6:00 PM)

As an experienced RDA,



you already know the fundamentals of dental assisting. In addition to your chairside responsibilities, your role will include:
Supporting the RDH with perio charting and pre-booking
Assisting with general administrative duties (Dentrix experience is an asset)
Helping manage clinic flow and anticipating the needs of the day
Contributing ideas and helping the team continue to improve

We’re looking for someone with:
3+ years of experience in a busy dental practice
A caring, patient-centred approach
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute
Solid organization and communication skills
The ability to take initiative and jump in where needed
A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a strong team

Compensation is based on experience.
