Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining high quality, consistency, and food safety standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and garnishing to support smooth kitchen operations
Ensure all food handling practices adhere to health regulations and safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly
Support serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared dishes to guests




Follow all kitchen safety procedures and proper food storage guidelines to prevent contamination or spoilage

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
Strong understanding of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
Experience with food handling, meal preparation, and kitchen equipment operation
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Knowledge of serving standards and customer service principles is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
