Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, cooking equipment, and storage areas
Support the team during busy service hours by providing timely and efficient food service
Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure customer satisfaction




Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs

Qualifications
Previous experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food service
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and kitchen operations
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and food industry best practices
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
Kitchen experience in a restaurant or similar setting is highly desirable
