Your Role as an Emergency Alarm Agent
During overnight hours, you will:
Respond to emergency and priority calls
Monitor and react quickly to alarm events
Work closely with internal teams, partners, and external emergency services
Handle multiple situations efficiently while remaining calm and qualified
Deliver excellent customer service in high-pressure situations
Communicate clearly to ensure the best possible outcomes
Perform accurate and detailed data entry
