Responsibilities
-Lead by example during busy service while keeping the kitchen running smoothly
-Support day-to-day kitchen operations, including prep,cooking,ordering,quality control
-Help train, coach, and motivate team members
-Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization are always top priority
-Manage inventory, restocking,
and food prep to keep service flowing
-Jump in wherever needed and help create an amazing experience for every guest
Skills
Has previous kitchen or leadership experience in a restaurant or food service workplace
Stays calm under pressure and enjoys a rapid-paced atmosphere
Is dependable, organized, and takes initiative
Loves working as part of a team and leading with a positive attitude
Is passionate about great food and exceptional customer experiences
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
