Queen West Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) with 2+ years of experience to join our progressive and team-oriented team in downtown Toronto.

We have a modern space by Trinity Bellwoods Park with multiple exam rooms, separate surgery & dental suites, an ultrasound, and many other bells and whistles! Collectively, we like to learn a lot, consistently improve, work hard, and laugh louder.

Pay based on experience ($23-$32/hour)
Flexible scheduling opportunities - a choice between 4 or 5 work days a week.

What You Will Be Doing:
Utilize your skills to your full potential;
Including but not limited to: dental x-rays + prophy, surgical + anesthetic monitoring, venipuncture, assisting DVMs in appointments, various sample collections (cysto, skin, ears), injections, client communication + education, radiographs.
Collaborate with the team to provide excellent patient care.
Be able to flex your creative muscles, and provide suggestions on how to enhance processes.

Requirements:
Registered, and in positive standing with the OAVT.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital.
Robust technical skills, sense of initiative, team-first attitude, and honest communication.
