Duties
Assist with the installation, removal, and repair of overhead doors, tracks, springs, and hardware under supervision
Handle hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills to support installation tasks
Prepare job sites by measuring, marking, and organizing materials according to schematics and blueprints
Support skilled technicians with tasks involving caulking, sealing, and finishing work to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing
Help with construction painting, flooring installation, tile laying, and other related restoration activities as needed




Read basic schematics or blueprints to understand project requirements and assist accordingly
Maintain a clean work workplace by organizing tools and disposing of debris safely

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in construction and carpentry projects
Previous construction experience or familiarity with building sites preferred
Ability to read blueprints or schematics to support precise installation work
Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing gaps and weatherproofing overhead doors
Basic understanding of plumbing, welding, flooring installation, or tile laying is a plus
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks safely
