We are looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of heavy machinery and equipment, including backhoes, excavators, bulldozers, and other specialized equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, as well as a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment in a secure and productive manner.
Follow safety regulations and company policies.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Perform pre-operational checks on equipment.
Load and unload materials from equipment.
Conduct inspections of equipment and report any problems to the supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
