With a steady mix of hotel guests and local diners, you’ll be part of a kitchen that values consistency, teamwork, and a relaxed but professional atmosphere.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Set up and stock your station with the necessary ingredients and supplies
Ensure dishes are plated consistently and presented with care
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver timely, high-quality service
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Monitor inventory levels and communicate prep and stock needs
Assist with basic prep and support other stations as needed during service
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
Solid understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food handling
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
Solid teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to consistency
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
A positive attitude and passion for food and hospitality
