We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting talent acquisition efforts across various departments by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates.

Responsibilities
Conduct research and utilize social media management tools to identify potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn
Manage candidate pipelines by leveraging ATS systems and engaging in lead generation activities to build a robust talent pool.
Perform cold calling and relationship management to establish connections with passive candidates and maintain ongoing engagement.
Assist in campus recruitment initiatives by coordinating events and outreach programs aimed at attracting emerging talent.

Requirements




Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles with familiarity using ATS systems
Solid communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Knowledge of technical recruiting practices including executive recruiting, campus recruitment, internal recruiting, and HR sourcing strategies.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, Paychex or Salesforce is highly desirable.
Understanding of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
