About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman / Superintendent to lead and oversee concrete operations across multiple projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in structural and architectural concrete, proven leadership abilities, and a track record of delivering high‑quality work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities
Site leadership — Oversee daily site operations, coordinate crews, and ensure work is executed to plan.
Concrete operations — Manage forming, placing, finishing, and curing activities.
Team supervision — Lead and mentor crews, assign tasks, and maintain productivity.
Scheduling & coordination — Work with project managers, trades, and suppliers to keep timelines on track.
Quality control — Ensure all work meets specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
Safety compliance — Enforce safety protocols and conduct daily toolbox talks.
Problem‑solving — Address site issues quickly and effectively.
Documentation — Maintain daily logs, reports, and site records.





Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience as a Concrete Foreman
Minimum 3 years experience as a Superintendent
Solid knowledge of concrete forming systems, rebar, placing, and finishing
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Proven leadership and communication skills
Robust understanding of safety regulations and best practices
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work in a quick‑paced, high‑expectation environment

Preferred Assets
Experience with commercial or multi‑storey concrete projects
Familiarity with digital project management tools (e.g., JobTread, Procore)
