We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our vibrant entertainment center team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role involves managing guest interactions, handling inquiries, and supporting daily operations to create a fun and memorable experience for visitors of all ages.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently
Handle guest reservations, ticketing, and scheduling activities or events
Provide information about the entertainment offerings and answer questions
Assist with cash handling, ticket sales, and basic food service transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Support guest services by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Engage with children and families to ensure they have an enjoyable experience
Promote upcoming events or special promotions within the center
Requirements
Strong public speaking skills and confidence in engaging with diverse audiences
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Experience in guest services, cash handling, or food service is a plus
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualified appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings if needed
Hospitality experience is advantageous but not required
