We’re looking for a driven Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who can build trust with customers, communicate clearly with technicians, and maximize service opportunities through smart menu selling.

What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and create an exceptional service experience
Write repair orders accurately and efficiently
Present maintenance recommendations using digital tools (photos/videos)
Follow up on approvals and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Work closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
Meet and exceed monthly sales and CSI targets

What We’re Looking For:
Previous dealership or automotive service experience preferred
Robust communication and organization skills
Ability to upsell ethically through education and transparency
Team-oriented mindset with a drive to win
Comfortable using dealership management systems




Valid driver’s license
